Trails and Activities

Easy Level / Light:

Level Moderate / High:

Difficult / High Level:

Easy / Low / Light: Any healthy person can do it, even without specific fitness. They are simple walks, lasting a few hours. No previous experience required.
Moderate, Medium: Requires little physical training, on terrain that should have little difficulty or inclination. No previous experience, just the will to walk!
High / Heavy : On uneven, steep or slippery terrain. In this activity there may be sections where you need to use your hands. It requires a little physical conditioning, because the trails are long, rugged and more tiring.

For rides and trails on the edge of canyons, hiring a local guide / driver is optional. We generally suggest hiring a guide with transportation, as car trips are longer (between 50 minutes and 2 hours) and the roads are dirt-poor.

For the trails in the interior, in the crevice of the canyons is obligatory the hiring of a local guide / driver accredited by the National Parks.

You can hire all activities in advance by email, or directly here at the Lodge! The Canyons Route , is the operator where all our work with tourism began, for more than 17 years organizes and operates all tours in the region of the Aparados da Serra, with experienced guides and experienced local drivers, transportation and the entire structure necessary for safety and enjoyment of activities!
